All You Need

Internet connection - no additional software is needed.
Account with ING Bank Sofia Branch.
Download and fill-in the respective form:
Corporate clients - download and fill-in:
1) Application Form for Online Banking Registration;
2) User Registration Form /for each user ;

Visit the Bank with the filled-in Form for registration

If you want to register for access to information only that is all. You are ready to start.

In case you are authorized to initiate transactions:

You should obtain online a Digital Certificate from ING Bank or register your own Digital Certificate from a trusted certification authority.

For Corporate clients the default menu is Corporate Banking. It allows initiation of all transactions to comply fully with the account policy of the company. One or two signatures, user authorization for different type of transactions and limit control on multiple levels are built in the application.

Internet Access

ING Online application runs under Microsoft Internet Explorer - version 5.0 and above. The communication between your browser and the server is performed via encrypted session (SSL).
If you experience any difficulties accessing the system, please, check your Security settings of Internet Explorer.

Please, check your Cipher Strength from the Help menu -> About Internet Explorer. Cipher Strength should be 128b. If its value is less, please, press (Update Information) in order to download the High Encryption Pack needed for your browser version and operating system.

Security

Transaction security via Internet is a top priority for ING. ING uses 128 bit encryption sessions that are considered inviolable in Internet applications.

When you use ING Online Banking for the first time, you must first start with the security settings. ING Online application runs under Microsoft Internet Explorer - version 5.0 and above. The communication between your browser and the server is performed via encrypted session (SSL). Your Digital Certificate further guarantees your security.

Once you have been provided with a Username and Password for ING Online Banking, in order to install your Digital Certificate just follow the 4 easy steps that will appear on your screen.

N.B. You can only make online transactions from the computer on which your Digital Certificate was installed. To make transactions from other computers, please, save a copy of your Digital Certificate on a disk. Make sure your UserID and password are known only to you.
